Acceptance of Terms and Platform Access

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 370 platform at https://370.run, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon clicking "Register" or continuing to use the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the 370 platform. Continued use following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 370 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Malaysian law. Users who do not meet this requirement are prohibited from using the platform.

🔐

Account Creation, Security and Personal Responsibility

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 370 platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 370 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 370 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents for compliance purposes. Failure to provide truthful information may result in account suspension.

Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, including all financial transactions and bets placed.

⚠️

Terms of Use and User Responsibilities

Users of the 370 platform agree not to use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate account closure:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform systems
  • Sharing an account with others or transferring account ownership
  • Using false information or another person's identity during registration
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through illegitimate means
  • Distributing harmful, seditious, or inappropriate content through the platform
  • Transferring funds between accounts for money laundering purposes
  • Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law

370 reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

💳

Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the 370 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal prosecution.

370 is not liable for any processing fees, currency conversion charges, or delays imposed by third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review their payment provider's policies before making any transactions.

Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or payment method verified under the same name as the 370 account holder. 370 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or fail to meet identity verification requirements.

Any attempt to abuse the payment system, including chargeback fraud or unauthorised transactions, will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
